• You've run project delivery for an in-house creative, design or marketing team.
• You've owned intake and set the standard for a good brief, and you've gotten requesters to follow

• You notice what's broken before anyone tells you and arrive with a proposed fix.
• You influence through rationale, data and diplomacy, and you're clearly on your stakeholders' team.
