Senior Project Manager

📋 Description

• Audit sold proposals, designs, allowances, selections, payment milestones, and client commitments
• Identify and resolve gaps, conflicts, exclusions, long-lead risks, and permit or licensed-trade
• Lead internal project reviews and measurement-preparation processes.
• Coordinate measurement appointments and ensure field measurements, photos, drawings, site
• Build installation-ready Scopes of Work in Buildertrend.
• Develop baseline schedules, critical paths, milestone dates, procurement plans, and client-facing

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on project management experience specifically with U.S.-based, high-end
• Experience managing projects from sold handoff through procurement, construction, punch, and
• Working knowledge of cabinetry, countertops, tile, plumbing, electrical, gas, flooring, drywall
• Proven ability to manage 10–20 projects concurrently while maintaining details, deadlines, client
• Strong Buildertrend or comparable U.S. construction project-management software experience.
• Ability to become highly proficient in Buildertrend quickly.
