Senior Project Manager

📋 Description

• Independently develop and execute project plans aligned with strategic departmental goals and
• Lead enterprise-wide Agile projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and
• Apply critical thinking to proactively identify risks, predict potential issues, and implement
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, including third-party vendors, to ensure alignment and
• Establish and execute communication plans that influence strategy and ensure stakeholder engagement.
• Manage scope changes and assess downstream impacts to mitigate risk and capitalize on opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience required; advanced degree or certifications
• 7+ years of project management experience preferred, including at least 5 years leading initiatives
• Experience in payments and disbursements is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives with broad impact, managing multiple competing
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, gain buy-in, and lead through change.
• Proven ability to communicate complex ideas and strategic insights across all levels of the
