🎯 Requirements

10+ years in project management within design and construction.
Strong client relationship management experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Vista.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes, and regulations.
Experience coordinating trade and subcontractor management.
Budgeting, forecasting, and cost control with transparent reporting.
