Deliver projects per client expectations, contracts, timelines, and regulations.
Lead teams for scope, budget, quality, safety, risk, and procurement.
Contribute to tenders on methodology, buildability, risk, and subcontractors.
Support senior leaders in client and stakeholder relationships.
Run and document meetings as needed.
Ensure processes meet third-party accreditation requirements and track risks.

🎯 Requirements

Minimum 5 years in the industry.
University degree in PM, engineering, architecture, planning, design, or construction preferred.
End-to-end oversight including planning, budget, risk, issues, and client management.
Excellent written and verbal communication at all levels.
Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and MS Project.
