📋 Description

• Lead strategic and enterprise customer implementation projects from kickoff through successful
• Partner closely with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Field Engineering, Executive
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and deployment schedules.
• Manage installation and onboarding activities to ensure projects are delivered on time and within
• Track, escalate, and resolve project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Facilitate change management processes and manage scope adjustments as business needs evolve.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of project management experience leading complex customer-facing implementation
• Highly organized, self-motivated professional who excels in managing multiple stakeholders
• PMP Certification preferred but not required.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively
