📋 Description

• Overall responsibility for operational project management and coordination of all involved project
• Central point of contact for the customer/client
• Creation and maintenance of the project management plan, milestone plan, and communication plan
• Management of scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources, and dependencies
• Establishment and continuous maintenance of the RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and
• Coordination of collaboration between the client, business departments, UX/UI, business analysis

🎯 Requirements

• At least five years of proven professional experience as a Senior Project Manager in complex
• At least three years of practical experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
• Proven experience in change management and supporting organizational transformation initiatives
• Experience managing agile, traditional, and hybrid project delivery models
• Solid practical knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, or comparable agile methodologies
• Experience with sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, backlog management, and agile reporting
