Senior Project Manager (India)

📋 Description

• Own and manage the project plan for assigned accounts, including milestones, task tracking, and
• Report clearly on delivery progress and account health for internal stakeholders
• Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for client project managers and coordinators, building
• Coordinate logistics for in-person meetings, stakeholder syncs, executive business reviews, and
• Own project-related documentation including statements of work, change orders, functional and
• Support the Delivery Partner on operational execution: surface risks and blockers early, and

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years managing complex program or project plans for enterprise clients, ideally in regulated
• Experience owning documentation-heavy, multi-stakeholder engagements including statements of work
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills; comfort coordinating across US and India
• High-ownership, self-directed working style: resolve issues rather than simply route them
• Familiarity with project management tooling such as Rocketlane, Smartsheet, or Asana
• Prior experience at a consulting or professional services firm, or in an enterprise SaaS delivery
