• Manage multiple client accounts and project workstreams simultaneously, ensuring programmes are

• Coordinate advisory board programmes from initial planning and logistics through briefing
• Oversee the development and delivery of medical communications materials, including presentation
• Manage project budgets, resource allocation, financial tracking, and cross-functional teams across

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6 years of project management experience within a medical communications agency or a related
• Strong hands-on experience managing publications programmes, advisory boards, and a range of
• Demonstrated expertise in project budgeting, resource planning, financial tracking, and overall
• Working knowledge of pharmaceutical compliance requirements and MLR review processes.
• Familiarity with publication workflows, author engagement, journal submission requirements, and
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects

• Compensation of $100,000–$115,000.
