Senior Project Manager, Professional Services

📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional teams of technical professionals, consultants, FDE’s, partners, vendors, and
• Own project governance across the full project lifecycle, including project charters, scope
• Establish and maintain high-trust relationships with key customers, partners, and vendors to drive
• Ensure Professional Services engagements are delivered on time and within budget by actively
• Develop, implement, and refine scalable methodologies, playbooks, templates, and best practices
• Ensure a seamless and consultative sales-to-delivery transition by validating scope, assumptions

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in professional services, project management, program management
• Highly organized, with exceptional time management skills and the ability to manage multiple
• Demonstrated track record of leading high-profile, high-impact projects involving third-party
• Experience managing strategic customer programs from kickoff through closeout, including project
• Sound business judgment, an ownership mindset, strong analytical capability, and a proven ability
• Expert proficiency with Jira, Salesforce, Professional Services Automation (PSA), or equivalent
