📋 Description

• Lead complex Professional Services engagements from kickoff through closeout, maintaining
• Own delivery accountability for customer requirements, execution, and business outcomes, keeping
• Drive alignment, planning, and execution using industry-standard delivery practices across scope
• Serve as the primary interface to the customer executive sponsor and own financial accountability
• Shape and structure delivery and scope by clarifying objectives, guiding priorities and tradeoffs
• Partner closely with customer stakeholders and MongoDB account, services, and technical teams to

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in a project manager or delivery leader role, with a proven track record of leading
• Strong executive communication and leadership skills, with credibility across senior customer
• Strong command of delivery fundamentals, including scope management, milestone planning, dependency
• Comfort operating in technical environments, paired with strong Professional Services business
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability, strong judgment, and comfort navigating ambiguity, tradeoffs
• Proven leadership delivering outcomes across cross-functional teams and customer stakeholders, with
