Senior Project Manager - Publisher

📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day delivery of the AI-driven platform MVP, ensuring alignment with project scope
• Manage the external delivery vendor and track progress against the Statement of Work (SOW)
• Coordinate across the vendor, internal data/engineering teams, and business stakeholders to remove
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), coordinating business users, gathering feedback, tracking
• Translate technical project information into clear updates, decisions, action items, and
• Maintain project documentation throughout the engagement, including requirements, decisions, risks

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or similar
• Direct experience managing external delivery vendors against a defined Statement of Work (SOW)
• Strong experience coordinating technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience planning and running UAT sessions, including gathering feedback, tracking
• Excellent documentation and organizational skills, with the ability to create clear project
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
