📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end execution of large and complex electrical substation projects, including greenfield
• Own overall project performance across scope, schedule, budget, cash flow, risk, quality, safety
• Develop and execute project strategies that enable safe, efficient, commercially sound, and timely
• Act as the primary customer interface throughout the project lifecycle, maintaining strong
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, manufacturing, field services, subcontractors, and customer
• Lead project planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance reviews, providing leadership with

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited college or university.
• At least 10 years of project management experience within EPC electrical substation and
• Demonstrated success leading complex, customer-facing projects with accountability for financial
• Strong knowledge of project controls, scheduling, forecasting, contract administration, risk
• Experience managing EPC projects across the full lifecycle, including design, manufacturing
• Experience with U.S.-based high-voltage utility, grid infrastructure, industrial, or data center
