🎯 Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent
• At least 2 years of property management experience is preferred, with relevant equivalent
• Strong knowledge of property accounting principles, general ledger processes, financial reporting
• Experience with property management or industry-specific accounting software such as Yardi, MRI
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong general computer skills are required.
