Senior Proposal Manager

📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end management of complex, high-impact RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, and other proposal
• Facilitate bid qualification discussions and help drive informed decisions around pursuit
• Develop proposal plans covering timelines, stakeholder coordination, risks, dependencies
• Independently manage multiple complex proposal pursuits simultaneously while maintaining quality
• Apply strategic thinking, competitive awareness, and proposal expertise to develop compelling
• Contribute to pursuit strategy, messaging, positioning, competitiveness, and recommendations for

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a similar position within a fast-paced, high-volume proposal writing or
• Direct experience in the high-tech industry is preferred, while experience developing proposals for
• Strong writing, editing, storytelling, and executive communication skills, with the ability to
• Demonstrated ability to develop processes and reusable content that support new business areas
• APMP certification or equivalent proposal management qualification.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Adobe applications, and proposal automation
