📋 Description

• Bid new and existing home products and manage vendor relationships throughout the process
• Drive comprehensive project documentation and facilitate communication among cross functional
• Manage the PO and VPO process to ensure alignment with project specifications and budgets
• Independently manage the budget lifecycle, including approvals, adjustments, variance analysis, and
• Negotiate the lowest possible cost, or lower cost while improving quality, across materials and
• Structure agreements to maximize company value, leveraging knowledge of local construction costs

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Purchasing or related roles within custom or production homebuilding
• Exceptional computer skills, including strong proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel for data
• Familiarity with MEP systems and their integration into residential projects
• Working knowledge of local building codes and their application
• Estimating experience using tools such as PlanSwift or On Screen Takeoffs
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and construction documents
