📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end QA across back-office systems, workflows, integrations.
• Develop and execute effective test strategies aligned with objectives.
• Ensure release readiness, production stability, and quality delivery.
• Manage competing priorities between BAU support and project deliverables.
• Apply risk-based testing methodologies to prioritize testing efforts.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of QA experience in back-office/enterprise systems.
• Experience with SAP, Zuora, and finance platforms.
• Strong test strategy, risk-based testing, and release readiness.
• Proficient in QA automation and AI-driven testing; familiar with Worksoft.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; mentoring skills.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Salesforce platforms.
