🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years end-to-end QA in back-office domains.
• Strong risk-based testing and QA strategy skills.
• Hands-on QA automation; Worksoft; SAP S/4HANA; Salesforce exposure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; mentoring QA engineers.
• Identify risks, gaps, release concerns; mitigation plans.
• Familiar with Agile, CI/CD, and QA transformation.
