Senior QA Engineer

📋 Description

• Own quality across multiple product features, validating both technical functionality and overall
• Design, execute, maintain, and continuously improve manual and automated test plans covering
• Perform functional, regression, exploratory, and release testing in a fast-paced product
• Test AI-powered conversational experiences, chat workflows, and generative outputs for accuracy
• Evaluate LLM-generated responses for correctness, edge cases, potential bias, and user-friendliness.
• Validate AI-driven workflows and automation capabilities that support professional and team

🎯 Requirements

• 3–7 years of professional QA or software testing experience, ideally involving cloud-native, SaaS
• Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing methodologies.
• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman, REST Assured, or comparable technologies.
• Direct experience testing AI-driven systems, including AI agents, conversational AI, LLM-powered
• Understanding of AI evaluation and validation, particularly around accuracy, consistency
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, especially when testing unpredictable or dynamic
