Senior Quality Officer

📋 Description

• Support and maintain the laboratory's Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with ISO
• Assist with the development, review, implementation, and control of quality documentation
• Coordinate and participate in internal and external audits, including preparation of documentation
• Support quality improvement initiatives through the management of CAPAs, non-conformances
• Provide quality oversight for existing and new processes, ensuring effective implementation and
• Deliver training and support to employees on quality systems, procedures, and electronic quality

🎯 Requirements

• A 3rd level qualification in Quality Assurance and/or a science discipline relevant to medical
• Minimum of 4 years Quality Assurance experience in a clinical diagnostic laboratory or similar role.
• Strong, contemporary knowledge of ISO 15189 accreditation and ISO 9001 certification.
• Demonstrated 2 years' experience in CAPA management, internal audits, verification of examination
• Keen awareness of INAB requirements for medical testing laboratories accredited to ISO 15189:2022.
• Proven track record in delivering excellence.
