Senior Real Estate Counsel, EMEA

📋 Description

• Manage real estate legal matters for ALO, including commercial leasing (tenant), construction
• Partner cross-functionally with business groups across the organization—including design
• Negotiate and administer design professional contracts.
• Manage outside counsel, including scope, budget, and performance oversight.
• Provide responsive, practical, and timely legal advice to business stakeholders and senior
• Identify and manage legal risk and ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree from a leading university and strong academic credentials
• Qualified to practice law in the UK or EU; admission to a U.S. state bar or qualification in
• Five to ten years of relevant real estate legal experience, with a meaningful combination of work
• Familiarity with Europe’s retail industries is a strong plus
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail and a strong work ethic
