• Partner with hiring managers to define workforce needs and sourcing strategy.
• Source candidates through job boards, social channels, networks and referrals.
• Review applications, screen candidates, and craft interview guides.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment from interviews to offers.
• Build a strong candidate pipeline and manage agency relationships.
• Maintain ATS data integrity and recruitment metrics in Google Sheets.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years recruiting experience, ideally in growth tech or health tech.
• Full-cycle recruiter with ability to manage multiple roles and priorities.
• Clear communicator, building relationships at all levels.
• Data-driven decision maker for candidate assessment.
• Advanced LinkedIn Recruiter user for sourcing top talent.
• Proactive, accountable self-starter who adapts quickly.
