• Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, offering guidance, market insights, and best

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of end-to-end recruiting experience, ideally within a high-growth tech or SaaS
• Direct experience hiring for Tech roles, with a strong preference for experience in the network
• Proven expertise in active sourcing and candidate engagement using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Demonstrated experience driving diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruiting process
• Strong influencing skills and a solution-oriented, results-driven mindset. The ability to be
