📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer
• Proactively source and engage high-quality candidates using LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and
• Conduct screening conversations to assess experience, skills, and alignment

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience hiring for both technical and non-technical roles
• Proven ability to source and engage candidates across diverse role types and seniority levels
• Experience with applicant tracking systems such as Ashby and managing candidate flow
• Experience recruiting in the San Francisco Bay Area and familiarity with the local talent market
• Ability to use pipeline data and candidate feedback to identify issues and recommend changes to a
• Ability to operate independently as a contractor, managing priorities and deadlines
