📋 Description

• Own the full recruitment cycle, from kickoff and sourcing through to screening and offer.
• Take on searches across any part of the business, moving between GTM, G&A, Product, and

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, in-house, embedded, or agency-side, with proven range across

• Strong track record in proactive sourcing and building pipelines.
• Excellent communication and closing skills, comfortable with senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on with tools and automation (e.g., ATS workflows, sourcing automation, AI-assisted
• Based in or around Paris, comfortable with regular on-site collaboration, and able to start within
