📋 Description

• Independently lead complex, senior, and specialized searches from kickoff through offer acceptance.
• Advise hiring managers and functional leaders on candidate profiles, evaluation criteria, and

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in recruiting or related people functions, including 3+ years independently
• A track record of hiring across business or technical functions, including senior, specialized, and

• Strong sourcing and closing skills, with experience engaging sought-after talent and navigating
