📋 Description

• Proactively hunt, identify, screen, and assess talent while ensuring their qualifications match the
• Partner closely with org leaders across the region to strategically plan for hiring across multiple
• Develop strategies to build and fill active and passive talent pipelines to tackle roles of varying
• Develop ideas to pivot messaging, job descriptions, or external content/events to impact talent
• Stay on top of the latest recruiting strategies, market movements, and company changes
• Ensure candidates and hiring managers have an excellent interview experience by creating high-touch

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting, preferably for tech companies
• Autonomous with ability to work independently on multiple positions
• Superior at selling value proposition, negotiating and closing candidates
• Skilled at operating with urgency in all stages of recruiting cycle
• Able to navigate an ever-changing process
