Senior Recruiter - GTM

📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Sales, Customer Success, Support, Partnerships, and Business
• Run kickoffs and calibration sessions with hiring managers to define what a strong candidate looks
• Identify and engage strong candidates through sourcing and inbound channels, using funnel data to
• Communicate clearly and consistently with stakeholders on pipeline health, progress, blockers, and
• Represent Mercury to candidates, sharing our mission, culture, and what it's like to join a growing
• Contribute to recruiting processes, tools, and documentation across the team

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally including GTM roles such as sales, customer
• Strong organization and attention to detail, with experience managing several searches at once
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to write compelling outreach
• Ability to work with recruiting data, such as pass-through rates and time to hire, to plan searches
• Experience influencing hiring managers and senior leaders with data and clear communication
• A track record of owning searches end to end with minimal oversight
