Senior Recruiter, GTM – Asia & Korea

📋 Description

• Act as a trusted talent advisor to senior Go-To-Market leaders across Asia & Korea, shaping
• Run full-cycle recruiting for revenue-critical roles, including Account Executives, Solution Sales
• Negotiate complex offers and close top GTM talent in competitive, counteroffer-heavy markets.
• Bring market intelligence on talent, pay and competitors to inform hiring decisions. Push back and
• Build proactive talent pipelines for hard-to-fill and recurring roles across the region.
• Develop and track metrics that improve sourcing results and show ROI.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience using AI in your work, or thinking critically about how to. This may include AI-powered
• 8+ years of full-cycle, in-house Sales/GTM recruiting experience, ideally in enterprise software
• Experience recruiting across Asian markets such as Singapore, Malaysia, Korea, Hong Kong and
• Business proficiency in Korean (spoken and written) is highly desirable, as this role partners
• A proven ability to consult, influence and build credibility with senior and executive stakeholders
• Strong personal accountability and a true sense of ownership from start to finish.
