🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree or training with recruiting experience
• Experience in active sourcing preferred
• Interest in AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot
• Near-native English and German proficiency
• Confident presence at fairs and events
• Strong aptitude diagnostics and data-driven working style
