(Senior) Recruiter & Talent Sourcer (m/w/d)

📋 Description

• Act as talent scout in Active Sourcing, finding and winning leaders and trainees
• Drive AI solutions in recruiting and integrate what works into daily workflow
• Explore new recruiting channels and develop proactive search strategies
• Represent SIXT at university events, fairs, and events to attract talent
• Support application process, conduct interviews (English as well), ensure positive candidate
• Act as sparring partner for hiring managers and create recruiting reports

🎯 Requirements

• Completed studies or vocational training with several years of recruiting experience
• Ideally experienced in Active Sourcing with strong candidate engagement skills
• Interest in AI with initial experience using ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot
• Fluent in German and English (almost native level)
• Confident presence at fairs and events, able to interact with diverse stakeholders
• Data-driven mindset with important recruiting KPIs at hand
