📋 Description

• Active sourcing of leaders and talent for trainee program
• Drive AI solutions in recruiting and integrate them into daily work
• Develop new recruiting channels and search strategies
• Represent SIXT at university events, fairs, and events
• Support application process and conduct interviews (also in English)
• Act as sparring partner for hiring managers and create reports

🎯 Requirements

• Completed studies or training, several years of recruiting experience
• Experience in active sourcing and process design
• Interest in AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot
• Near-native German and English skills
• Confident appearance at fairs and events
• Data-driven mindset and strong KPI knowledge
