🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working in a high-paced, project-based organisation, e.g., tech startup or
• Strong experience in quantitative and qualitative analytics (Excel modelling, database analysis)
• Strategic thinking: Strong ability to think strategically and execute plans effectively.
• Track record of autonomously structuring, coordinating, and executing projects.
• Prioritises effectively between tasks, favours 80/20 approaches, and can manage multiple projects
• Excellent (oral/written) communication in both English and Italian.
