📋 Description

• Monitor regulatory changes and translate into actionable guidance.
• Conduct risk analyses on regulatory developments affecting products.
• Lead engagement with policymakers and regulators to advocate policy.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and CS on regulatory guidance.
• Own and improve the policy hub for updates and advocacy.
• Build relationships with external stakeholders for advocacy.

🎯 Requirements

• JD required with 8+ years in regulatory law, policy, or government affairs.
• Experience engaging policymakers at federal/state/local levels.
• Track record in highly regulated environments (consumer reporting).
• Translate complex legal analysis into actionable business guidance.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and sound judgment.
• Bias for action with urgency and accountability.
