Senior Reliability Engineer - Embedded Products

📋 Description

• Develop and implement reliability strategies across the lifecycle of embedded hardware and software
• Perform reliability modeling, statistical analysis, and predictive assessments to evaluate field
• Develop and execute reliability test strategies, including hardware-in-the-loop (HIL)
• Lead FMEA, FMECA, root cause analysis, and failure investigations across hardware, software
• Partner with product design, systems engineering, and software teams to integrate Design for
• Analyze field data from deployed protection relays, RTUs, control systems, and other grid devices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline
• Extensive professional experience in reliability engineering, systems engineering, product
• Strong understanding of protection and control systems, grid-edge devices, substation automation
• Hands-on experience with reliability engineering methodologies, tools, and standards such as
• Familiarity with transmission and distribution communication protocols and standards, including IEC
• Strong analytical and statistical capabilities, with experience using data analysis tools such as
