📋 Description

• Design, build, and productionize a causal inference platform.
• Research and implement causal estimation methods for Roku data.
• Build long-term outcome frameworks for projection from limited windows.
• Develop scalable diagnostic and validation standards for causal estimates.
• Leverage AI to create counterfactuals and help users act on estimates.
• Collaborate with Data Eng, Product Management, and Core Analytics to deploy solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• PhD in Economics, Econometrics, Statistics, or related field with causal inference.
• 10+ years applying causal inference and ML to real problems with impact.
• Deep expertise in propensity score matching, Double Machine Learning, IV, and DiD.
• Experience building reusable causal inference tools or platforms.
• Proficiency with Spark, Ray, SQL, Python; ML frameworks like scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM.
• Experience with terabyte- to petabyte-scale datasets in distributed computing environments.
