📋 Description

• Design, build, and productionize a causal inference platform for measuring incremental impact.
• Research and implement causal estimation methods, including heterogeneous treatment effects.
• Build long-term outcome frameworks for impact projection from limited observation windows.
• Develop diagnostic and validation standards at scale for credible causal estimates.
• Leverage AI to create counterfactual scenarios and build tools for acting on causal estimates.
• Work cross-functionally to translate business questions into causal problems and deploy solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• PhD in Economics, Econometrics, Statistics, or related field with strong causal inference emphasis.
• 10+ years applying causal inference and machine learning to real-world problems.
• Deep expertise in observational causal methods (propensity score, Double ML, IV, DiD).
• Experience building reusable causal inference tools or platforms.
• Proficiency with Spark, Ray, SQL, Python, scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM.
• Experience with terabyte/petabyte-scale datasets in distributed environments.
