Senior Revenue Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Support the monthly and quarterly revenue close, including journal entries, revenue accruals
• Prepare and review complex balance sheet reconciliations across statutory books and consolidated
• Manage global e-invoicing operations across subsidiaries, partnering with Tax to understand local
• Support day-to-day global Order-to-Cash operations, including manual billing and accounts
• Maintain strong financial controls and support SOX, ITGC, and internal and external audit
• Identify operational bottlenecks and partner with IT and Financial Engineering to design, test, and

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience across revenue accounting, revenue operations, general ledger accounting
• Strong understanding of the full Order-to-Cash lifecycle and core accounting concepts, including
• Experience executing or troubleshooting e-invoicing workflows in a global, multi-entity environment
• Comfortable working with ERP and billing systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or comparable
• Strong Excel and analytical skills and comfortable working with large, complex datasets; experience
• Experience working in a SOX-controlled environment and collaborating with internal or external
