Senior Revenue Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional strategic projects; including structuring business problems, exploring
• Own quarterly bonus payment calculations and rep quota setting and updates
• Maintain and refine capacity models, forecast algorithms, and product reporting, working with Data
• Own weekly KPI pulls and builds the reporting tools and dashboards that operationalize and

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business/Data Analytics, or another
• Looker/Tableau (data visualization) experience preferred
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets modeling skills: able to build complex models independently
• SQL nice-to-have, not required, given our Snowflake agents handle most analyses
• Track record of using data to transform business processes
• Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work well with all levels

🎁 Benefits

• Base Pay Range: $80,000 — $142,000 USD
• Performance bonus, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans
