Senior Revenue Operations Manager - GTM Systems and Automation

📋 Description

• Drive the GTM technology roadmap (including Salesforce, Clay, and Salesloft). Pilot emerging AI
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into
• Define key system-level performance metrics, build automated dashboards, and collaborate with Data
• Guide field adoption of new system features by creating clear documentation, leading enablement
• Work closely with Marketing, Sales Operations, and Customer Adoption to streamline business rules

🎯 Requirements

• 6 to 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS across Revenue Operations, Field Sales Ops, or GTM Systems
• Hands-on mastery of Salesforce (including custom objects, flow builder, complex schemas, and system
• Experience leading cross-functional projects, writing detailed user stories, and managing delivery
• A strong builder mindset with a knack for translating qualitative business needs into scalable
• Relevant professional experience or a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer
