Senior Revenue Ops

📋 Description

• Own effectiveness initiatives end to end, from strategy and design to execution and adoption
• Spend time in the field to spot gaps in the sales process and design smarter workflows
• Evaluate new tools and technologies, run tests, and roll out what works
• Work with low-code tools, AI, Salesforce, and SQL via Metabase
• Enablement: shadow, train, measure adoption, and iterate until change sticks

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, or Sales Effectiveness
• Strong ownership and project management skills
• Builder mindset and hands-on approach
• Confident with change management
• At least intermediate SQL query reading skills
• Proven experience with low-code tools and integrations (e.g., Clay, Make, Zapier)
