📋 Description

• Own Salesforce platform architecture and data integrity
• Extend architecture ownership to ChurnZero
• Manage and troubleshoot cross-system integrations
• Build and maintain reporting and analytics infrastructure using Power BI
• Lead major cross-functional systems initiatives end-to-end
• Design and launch new operational workflows spanning multiple teams

🎯 Requirements

• 7-10 years experience in Salesforce administration and business systems management
• Proficiency in Salesforce declarative development (flows, automation, custom objects)
• Experience managing and troubleshooting integrations across a diverse toolset
• Demonstrated ability to lead multi-month, cross-functional initiatives
• Strong program management and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to balance tactical configuration and support load with long-term systems strategy
