📋 Description

• Own GTM tooling integrations: HubSpot, Vitally, Partnerstack, Slack, Gmail, Calendar, Granola, and
• Redesign lead/opportunity workflows and roll out improvements directly with end users, driving
• Build internal automations and AI agents that eliminate recurring manual work
• Own HubSpot as the system of record: entity definitions (company/contact/lead), dedup, and routing
• Maintain the data hygiene standards of every system you build
• Run day-to-day process changes with GTM teams: new lead routing, changed qualification or

🎯 Requirements

• HubSpot at admin level (workflows, properties, reporting) — or equivalent CRM at hands-on depth
• Vitally, or equivalent CS-platform experience
• SQL for querying and validating data
• AI/LLM fluency: building AI workflows and automations, evaluating output
• Track record of scoping, building, shipping, and documenting operational systems independently
• Strong written communication
