Senior Rider Onboarding Associate

📋 Description

• Optimise hub performance: Evolve the format and structural workflow of our physical Rider
• Scale the footprint: Design, operationalise, and expand physical onboarding spaces across the UKI
• Drive the strategic roadmap: Architect and execute the 12-month delivery plan for in-person
• Cross-functional problem solving: Partner with Rider Support, Product, and broader Onboarding teams
• Deliver field onboarding: Travel extensively across the UKI to lead face-to-face onboarding
• Manage local supply constraints: Target and eliminate rider deficits in hard-to-source zones

🎯 Requirements

• Proven operational experience within technology, start-ups, food delivery logistics, or direct
• A self-starter mindset with the demonstrated ability to work autonomously, independently and
• UKI driving license and access to an insured vehicle for limited public transport areas; flexible
• Strong empathetic communication and stakeholder management skills, able to influence internal teams
• Familiarity with tools such as G Suite, Slack, Looker, and Salesforce (nice to have); Professional
