📋 Description

• Support the Regional Head of Risk in overseeing financial and non-financial risks across the
• Maintain and enhance regional risk frameworks, internal controls, and governance documentation
• Identify, assess, and monitor financial and non-financial risks—including operational, technology
• Support the implementation of risk and control self-assessments (RCSAs), monitor associated
• Review third-party and outsourcing risk assessments, maintain the corresponding entries in the

🎯 Requirements

• 7 years of experience in enterprise risk management, internal audit, or compliance within regulated
• Experience supporting or contributing to the build-out of a risk function, including frameworks for
• Working knowledge of financial and non-financial risk domains, including operational, technology
• Strong analytical and written communication skills, with the ability to turn risk analysis into
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams and jurisdictions, exercise sound judgement
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Risk Management, or a related
