Senior ROW Agent / Project Manager - Transmission & Distribution

📋 Description

• Identify and verify property ownership through public records, title research, and other available
• Research, review, and analyze land titles while identifying, resolving, and documenting title
• Lead negotiations for the acquisition of rights-of-way, easements, and other property interests
• Prepare, review, analyze, and interpret land and right-of-way agreements, deeds, easements, leases
• Maintain accurate project records, landowner communications, parcel information, and transaction
• Lead the negotiation, administration, management, and protection of clients' real property rights

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience in right-of-way, land acquisition, and
• Demonstrated leadership and project management experience overseeing complex right-of-way and land
• Strong business acumen and exceptional client relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with clients, landowners
• Excellent negotiation, conflict resolution, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong professionalism, flexibility, interpersonal skills, and ability to operate independently.

🎁 Benefits

• Annual compensation of $110,000–$135,000 DOE.
