🎯 Requirements

Embedded Linux fundamentals – device drivers, kernel modules, cross-compilation, or hardware
3+ years hands-on production Rust in a systems or embedded context (not app/web Rust)
6+ years total engineering experience
Systems/network programming – TCP stream handling, socket programming, transparent proxying
Docker/containerization for constrained/appliance deployment
Performance testing and profiling – load testing, memory/CPU profiling, flame graph analysis
