Senior RUST Systems Engineer - Proxy Appliance

📋 Description

• Design, build, test, and maintain production-grade systems software for an edge proxy appliance
• Develop high-performance networking components involving TCP stream handling, socket programming
• Work close to the Linux operating system, including device drivers, kernel modules
• Develop and optimize Rust systems software focusing on reliability, performance, resource
• Build and operate containerized workloads suitable for constrained hardware and appliance-based
• Design and maintain components supporting fleet updates and reliable software delivery across

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of total software engineering experience, including at least 3 years of hands-on
• Demonstrated experience developing systems or embedded software (not solely application or
• Strong systems programming and network programming experience, including TCP, socket programming
• Practical embedded Linux experience involving device drivers, kernel modules, cross-compilation, or
• Experience with Docker and containerization in constrained environments or appliance deployments.
• Strong understanding of performance engineering, including load testing, memory and CPU profiling
