📋 Description

• Lead, grow and develop a multi-layer Solution Engineering organisation across ASEAN, hiring
• Partner with the ASEAN Sales VP and regional leadership as a co-owner of the revenue number
• Set the operating rhythm for your organisation: capacity and coverage planning, territory
• Drive adoption of Snowflake's newest capabilities, including Snowflake Cortex AI, Snowpark
• Act as an executive sponsor for the region's most strategic customers, engaging C-suite and senior
• Sustain a strong partner ecosystem with global system integrators, regional SIs and cloud providers

• A demonstrated track record leading multi-layer pre-sales or Solution Engineering organisations
• Proven success growing and scaling high-performing SE leaders, from hiring and development through
