Senior Sales Compensation Leader

📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end design, execution, and continuous improvement of global variable pay programs
• Contribute to job evaluation and description processes, position grading, and ongoing maintenance
• Lead comprehensive benchmarking studies and job pricing analyses to ensure global competitiveness
• Design and produce Total Rewards reports and dashboards, conduct detailed cost analyses, and
• Provide data and expertise for compensation-related audits, staying ahead of legislative changes
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and business leaders on day-to-day activities including job

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in a Global Total Rewards function within a matrixed, high-growth organization. Background
• Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field. A Master's degree or professional compensation
• Highly quantitative and detail-oriented, with a commitment to discreet handling of sensitive
• Advanced experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office. Workday experience is a major plus.
• Full professional proficiency in English is essential; Spanish fluency is a plus.
